Role Introduction

Looking for an experienced Salesforce Loyalty Management Cloud Architect to design and implement large-scale, end-to-end loyalty solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in creating seamless customer experiences by integrating Loyalty Management Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and external business systems.

Requirements

Design and deliver scalable loyalty program architectures aligned with business goals and customer engagement strategies.
Translate loyalty models, member journeys, and reward structures into technical Salesforce solutions.
Develop integration strategies across Salesforce Clouds (Loyalty, Marketing, Data) and external systems (CRM, ERP, POS, Analytics).
Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
Provide technical leadership to development teams, overseeing solution design, build, and deployment.
Conduct code and design reviews, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.
Stay updated on Salesforce product innovations and recommend adoption strategies.

Specifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering,
8+ years in Salesforce solution delivery, with 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership.
Strong knowledge of Loyalty Management data models, reward rules, and member lifecycle design.
Expertise in Salesforce architecture, APIs (REST/SOAP), and integration frameworks.
Experience integrating Loyalty with Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud for personalized engagement.
Ability to design high-performing, secure, and scalable multi-cloud solutions.
