Role Introduction

Looking for an experienced Salesforce Loyalty Management Cloud Architect to design and implement large-scale, end-to-end loyalty solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in creating seamless customer experiences by integrating Loyalty Management Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and external business systems.

Requirements
  • Design and deliver scalable loyalty program architectures aligned with business goals and customer engagement strategies.
  • Translate loyalty models, member journeys, and reward structures into technical Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop integration strategies across Salesforce Clouds (Loyalty, Marketing, Data) and external systems (CRM, ERP, POS, Analytics).
  • Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, overseeing solution design, build, and deployment.
  • Conduct code and design reviews, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce product innovations and recommend adoption strategies.
Specifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering,
  • 8+ years in Salesforce solution delivery, with 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Loyalty Management data models, reward rules, and member lifecycle design.
  • Expertise in Salesforce architecture, APIs (REST/SOAP), and integration frameworks.
  • Experience integrating Loyalty with Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud for personalized engagement.
  • Ability to design high-performing, secure, and scalable multi-cloud solutions.
