Marketing Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for defining key business metrics, implementing marketing analytics frameworks, and providing actionable insights to optimize marketing performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in data visualization, and the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Define key business metrics and implement marketing analytics measurement frameworks. Design and build standardized reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with insights into the performance of the marketing channel mix. Conduct analysis to understand customer behavior across different segments and promotional activities. Assist in the activation of reporting visualization tools to ensure data accessibility and democratization across the marketing organization. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline). Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, performance marketing, or a similar role (preferably in the retail sector). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics for tracking and measuring marketing performance. Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Domo for data visualization. Basic knowledge of SQL, R, or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
