Role Introduction
As a pivotal member of Accounts and operations team, the executive will ensure the seamless execution of financial, payroll. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, expertise in accounting systems, and the ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders. By managing critical tasks across accounts, payroll, and compliance, you will directly contribute to the operational excellence.

Requirements
- Manage move-ins/move-outs in Yardi; handle ancillary charges, deposits, and ACH transactions.
- Oversee annual care charge increases, reconciliations, resident refunds, and billing inquiries.
- Process invoices via DSSI; manage reimbursements, community card expenses (Concur), and refunds.
- Administer payroll systems (UKG, ADP); process direct deposits, terminations, retro pay, and tax updates.
- Facilitate new hire/termination paperwork; resolve employee issues; liaise with IT for onboarding.
- Utilize financial portals (Sage, JP Morgan); manage bank reconciliations, Oasis payroll, and tax processes.
Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 2-3 year of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Handson experience in accounting systems (Yardi, DSSI, ADP).
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Must be able to work in night shift
