Role Introduction
We are looking for a talented AI Engineer (Python, TensorFlow, LLMs, Cloud)to design, implement, and deploy practical AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and software development, with a focus on creating applications that solve real-world problems. This is an on-site position for a developer eager to apply cutting-edge AI technologies.

Requirements
- Design and develop machine learning models and deep learning systems for various applications.
- Run machine learning tests and experiments, and perform statistical analysis to fine-tune models.
- Train and retrain systems as needed and deploy models into production environments.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
- Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the AI/ML field and evaluate new technologies for implementation.
- Build scalable AI architectures and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Conduct code reviews and optimize AI pipelines for efficiency.
- Document technical processes and share knowledge with the team.
Specifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience as an AI Developer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn).
- Experience in building and deploying AI models in a production environment.
- Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI deployments.
- Experience with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact AI solutions.
