We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with at least three years of experience for our client. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver data-driven insights to support decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications and process flow diagrams.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and technological solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide strategic insights.
- Assist in developing business cases and project proposals.
- Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address issues proactively.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders.
Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proficient in business analysis tools such as MS Visio, JIRA, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.
