Role Introduction
We are hiring an experienced CRM Senior Analyst – Business Analytics for a multinational retail giant in Lahore. This is a strategic role within the IT CRM team, combining deep technical expertise in CRM platforms and data warehousing with strong business acumen in retail and marketing.

Requirements
- Lead development and implementation of CRM IT data projects, strategies, and process improvements
- Ensure data quality, completeness, and availability across CRM systems and data warehouse
- Manage end-to-end UAT testing: strategy, test plans, scripts, execution, and sign-off
- Oversee daily data warehouse load processes and ensure SLA compliance
- Design, develop, and maintain CRM database, loyalty systems, and campaign management tools
- Architect scalable, integrated CRM solutions within legacy and cloud environments
- Partner with Marketing and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Conduct technical reviews, walkthroughs, and enforce data integration standards & governance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless campaign and data operations
- Perform data analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in data hygiene, segmentation, and customer analytics
- Document data models, processes, and ensure audit-ready standards
Specifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
- Expert in AWS ecosystem (Redshift, Glue, Step Functions, Lambda – mandatory)
- Advanced SQL/PL-SQL and relational database modeling
- Hands-on experience with cloud CRM platforms
- Marketing campaign platform experience (Braze or SFMC preferred)
- Deep retail industry knowledge, especially Inventory & Supply Chain
- Strong analytics background with Python/PySpark or similar
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
