Chief Technology Officer

Role Introduction

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company’s technology vision and execution. This role will be instrumental in building, launching, and scaling B2B SaaS platforms while ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term growth objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities and a proven track record in developing high-performance, scalable systems.

Requirements
  • Define and execute technology strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead architecture, cloud infrastructure, and platform scalability decisions
  • Drive the full SDLC with strong Agile/SCRUM and DevOps practices
  • Champion AI innovation, including Agentic AI initiatives
  • Own platform security, compliance, and risk management
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams
  • Report progress and align with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Specifications
  • 12–15 years of relevant experience, with significant time in a senior tech leadership role (CTO, VP/Head of Engineering, or equivalent)
  • Proven track record launching and scaling B2B SaaS platforms
  • Strong command of system architecture, cloud technologies, and DevOps
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/SCRUM delivery
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies — Agentic AI experience is a strong plus
  • Solid grasp of security, compliance, and platform risk
  • A natural leader with strong stakeholder communication skills
