Role Introduction

Join our team as a Truck Dispatcher, responsible for managing truck dispatching, bookings, route planning, and communication with carriers.

  • Night Shift
  • Onsite

  • The employee will principally be responsible for managing trucks dispatching
  • The employee will be responsible for making bookings, finding the most suitable routes, organizing payments, and discussing prices with freight agents and carriers.
  • Taking care of all paperwork and documentation for the carrier, offering direct help, helping with factor setup, debt collection, advising truck drivers about schedules, and planning their routes.
  • The ideal candidate should possess communication skills, negotiation benefits.
Nice To Have
  • At least 1 year of experience in truck dispatching or related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and transportation management software
  • Ability to work in night Shift
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
