Requirements
- The employee will principally be responsible for managing trucks dispatching
- The employee will be responsible for making bookings, finding the most suitable routes, organizing payments, and discussing prices with freight agents and carriers.
- Taking care of all paperwork and documentation for the carrier, offering direct help, helping with factor setup, debt collection, advising truck drivers about schedules, and planning their routes.
- The ideal candidate should possess communication skills, negotiation benefits.
Nice To Have
- At least 1 year of experience in truck dispatching or related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and transportation management software
- Ability to work in night Shift
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
