Role Introduction
We are seeking a Front-End Developer. You will work on cutting-edge retail and eCommerce solutions that directly impact customer experience. Our stack emphasizes modern front-end technologies, with a strong focus on React, Redux, NodeJS, NextJS, and React Native. The ideal candidate will have experience building both web and mobile applications and a passion for creating seamless, high-performing user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (management, API developers, UX designers, test engineers, operations, and product leaders) to deliver digital product development initiatives.

Requirements
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using React, Redux, NextJS, and React Native.
- Work closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver pixel-perfect, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
- Ensure applications are optimized for speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production, ensuring smooth user experience and system reliability.
- Participate in CI/CD processes, code reviews, and release management.
- Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and best practices, recommending improvements when relevant.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure successful deployment and system stability.
Specifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development with React, Redux, NodeJS, and NextJS.
- Proven experience delivering applications in both React (web) and React Native (mobile).
- Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and component-based architecture.
- Experience with version control (Git), npm/yarn, and build tools like Webpack.
- Familiarity with performance tuning, responsive design, and cross-platform development.
- Experience working with APIs (REST/JSON) and integrating with backend systems.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
