Role Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage HR initiatives across client’s organization. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with employees to foster a positive work environment and ensure the effective implementation of the company’s mission and objectives.

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and compensation processes; continuously monitor and enhance these processes as needed.
  • Develop and implement programs aimed at improving employee morale and relationships.
  • Provide counseling for relationship management, including dispute resolution and team building.
  • Prepare regular reports for management with recommendations and trend analysis.
  • Establish and enforce HR policies that provide employees with the framework and structure necessary to perform their roles effectively while promoting a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with the UK team to ensure consistency in policies and processes globally.
  • Equip managers with the necessary tools and guidelines to conduct performance reviews and support the development of their team members.
  • Oversee and manage the HR platform, ensuring compliance, and centralized storage of contracts and HR documentation.
  • Offer expertise and advice to employees in areas such as career planning, employee relations, and strategic development.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR manager or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing strategies to enhance employee morale.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local and federal laws and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing solutions for complex situations requiring innovation and creativity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
