Role Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Manager to lead and manage Human Resource programs across our client’s organization. This role will cover the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. You will play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Requirements
  • Lead and manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and compensation processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that provide structure while maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Design and implement programs to improve employee morale, engagement, and team collaboration.
  • Align HR processes with global standards in partnership with international teams.
  • Manage HR documentation and maintain HRIS systems, supporting future transitions to upgraded platforms.
  • Address employee relations issues with professionalism and empathy, offering counseling, dispute resolution, and team-building guidance.
  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations on HR trends and workforce planning.
  • Support managers with structured processes for conducting performance reviews and developing their teams.
  • Provide expertise to employees in areas such as career planning, employee engagement, and strategic development.
Specifications
  • 5+ years of experience working as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience hiring technical teams using platforms such as LinkedIn and ATS systems.
  • Strong background in developing and executing strategies to improve employee morale and engagement.
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices, local labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to create solutions for complex HR challenges with creativity and sound judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
