Role Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage HR initiatives across client’s organization. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with employees to foster a positive work environment and ensure the effective implementation of the company’s mission and objectives.

Requirements
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and compensation processes; continuously monitor and enhance these processes as needed.
- Develop and implement programs aimed at improving employee morale and relationships.
- Provide counseling for relationship management, including dispute resolution and team building.
- Prepare regular reports for management with recommendations and trend analysis.
- Establish and enforce HR policies that provide employees with the framework and structure necessary to perform their roles effectively while promoting a positive work environment
- Collaborate with the UK team to ensure consistency in policies and processes globally.
- Equip managers with the necessary tools and guidelines to conduct performance reviews and support the development of their team members.
- Oversee and manage the HR platform, ensuring compliance, and centralized storage of contracts and HR documentation.
- Offer expertise and advice to employees in areas such as career planning, employee relations, and strategic development.
Specifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR manager or in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and executing strategies to enhance employee morale.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local and federal laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing solutions for complex situations requiring innovation and creativity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
