Role Introduction
The Lead Data Analyst – Business Intelligence ensures CRM and data platforms operate with accuracy, efficiency, and scalability, guiding enterprise data strategy, analytics, and process improvements across business functions.

Requirements
- Manage CRM IT data projects, guidelines, and recommendations.
- Oversee CRM database, data warehouse, loyalty, and campaign management systems.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and availability of enterprise data.
- Develop and maintain UAT testing plans and audit processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions
- Implement scalable CRM and BI solutions aligned with corporate goals.
- Support data hygiene, analytics, segmentation, and customer insights.
- Maintain SLAs for daily CRM and warehouse operations.
- Conduct technical reviews and enforce data governance standards.
- Recommend enhancements and process improvements to optimize performance.
Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years’ experience in CRM, data warehouse, or BI systems.
- Strong database expertise: SQL, PL/SQL, functions, triggers, packages.
- Skilled in analytics tools and languages (Python, R, SAS, Scala, Pyspark).
- Proficiency with AWS cloud ecosystem (Redshift, Glue, Step Functions, Lambda).
- Hands-on experience with BI tools like Cognos and Tableau.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
