Role Introduction
We are looking for a Lead Back-end Developer to join our client. This role will be based onsite and requires an experienced individual with the ability to lead projects from start-to-finish.
The ideal candidate should have experience developing backend applications using modern technologies such as NodeJS, Express, MongoDB or similar databases. You must also possess strong problem solving skills and excellent communication abilities so that you can effectively collaborate with other teams within the organisation.

Requirements
- Designing and implementing RESTful APIs to connect the front and backend of the application.
- Writing efficient and maintainable code to handle complex business logic and data processing
- Creating and maintaining databases, including schema design and data migration
- Optimizing performance and scalability of the backend systems
- Collaborating with other team members to implement new features and fix bugs
- Staying up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in backend development
- Mentoring and guiding junior developers on the team
Specifications
- 5-7 years of experience (must have Node JS, Vue JS, PHP Laravel)
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
- Strong grip on back-end tools and technologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with programming languages like Python, Java, PHP, SQL, Git, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Ruby
- Working knowledge of CMS framework
- Knowledge of multiple JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
