Role Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) with hands-on experience in Python. You will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying advanced ML models and applications that drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define ML use cases that align with business goals.
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
- Apply NLP techniques for text analysis, sentiment analysis, and language understanding.
- Train and fine-tune deep learning models for various tasks.
- Evaluate and optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Build data pipelines and perform data preprocessing to extract valuable insights.
- Work with large datasets, structured and unstructured data, and real-time data streams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ML and AI technologies.
- Collaborate with software engineers to deploy models into production systems.
- Maintain model documentation and ensure best practices in ML engineering.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of quality and innovation.
Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; Master's is a plus.
- 3-4 proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on Python.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
- Expertise in NLP and text analysis.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning techniques and neural networks.
- Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
- Strong programming skills in Python and knowledge of software engineering best practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for learning and innovation.
