Role Introduction

We are looking for individuals who are driven and have ample experience as Outbound Sales Development Representatives to become part of sales team. As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, your participation will be vital in recognizing and approaching potential clients, actively participating in outbound sales initiatives, and contributing to the expansion of our revenue through our web solutions and marketing services.

Requirements
  • Conduct targeted prospecting to identify potential clients who would benefit from our web solutions, including websites, mobile apps, and marketing services.
  • Utilize a combination of cold calling, personalized emails, and other outbound sales techniques to initiate contact and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Deliver persuasive and compelling sales presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our web solutions and marketing services.
  • Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and competitive differentiation of our offerings to potential clients.
  • Manage a high volume of outbound calls and emails, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, tracking and managing sales activities and opportunities using CRM software.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to provide relevant insights and recommendations to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Nice To Have
  • The candidate should have great communication skills with an American accent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably with a focus on web sales and marketing solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, website development, mobile apps, SEO, and social media management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish trust, and cultivate long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of outbound activities and follow-ups.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to track and manage leads and opportunities. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
