Role Introduction
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing performance-based marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will leverage data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and ensure the best possible outcomes for our marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other PPC platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance data and deliver actionable insights to improve results and optimize spending.
- Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates, ad effectiveness, and audience targeting.
- Monitor key metrics like CPA, CPC, ROAS, and CAC to ensure maximum ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that align with campaign goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, performance optimization techniques, and platform updates.
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring that campaigns are run cost-effectively while meeting performance objectives.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
