Role Introduction
Hiring a skilled PPC Search Executive to manage and optimize paid search campaigns for a large-scale e-commerce account. In this role, you’ll support the setup, execution, and performance optimization of search marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and CTR. You’ll work closely with senior marketers and cross-functional teams to help grow and enhance campaign results.

Requirements
- Assist with the setup, monitoring, and daily optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, bid adjustments, and ad copy optimization to drive campaign performance.
- Track campaign results and compile performance reports using Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and other tools.
- Collaborate with the senior performance marketing team to implement best practices and ensure campaigns align with broader marketing strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends and paid search updates to keep campaigns competitive and up to date.
- Support in identifying areas for campaign improvements and proactively contribute ideas for testing and optimization.
Specifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in PPC/Search Engine Marketing.
- Solid understanding of paid search campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Experience working with Google Ads (Performance Max, Shopping Ads, YouTube Ads, Dynamic Search Ads, Local Campaigns, Demand Gen) and Microsoft Ads.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and basic reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
