Role Introduction

The Programmatic Display Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of programmatic and display campaigns across Google Display Network (GDN), The Trade Desk, and DV360. This role involves hands-on management of campaigns through DSPs, audience targeting, and performance analysis. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies, deliver insights, and drive results.

Requirements
  • Plan, run, and improve online ad campaigns on platforms like websites, mobile apps, video, and audio streaming services.
  • Find and negotiate the best spots to place ads, ensuring they reach the right audience.
  • Use data to improve audience targeting and make ads more effective.
  • Track important performance metrics and adjust campaigns in real-time to get the best results.
  • Share insights and reports with the team and management to keep them updated on progress.
  • Work closely with teams in design, data, and strategy to improve campaigns.
  • Test different ideas to see what works best and make ongoing improvements.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Stay updated on new marketing trends and technologies to keep campaigns ahead of the competition.
  • Build strong relationships with media vendors and data providers to improve campaign success.
Specifications
  • 5-6 years of experience running online ad campaigns (programmatic advertising) across different platforms like mobile, video, and audio.
  • Proven ability to create and run ad strategies that align with business goals and show strong results.
  • Strong skills in analyzing data and improving ad performance. Able to turn complex data into simple, actionable insights.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing on multiple channels (web, video, and more), including how to target the right audience and create great ads.
  • Experience with ad platforms like Google Display Network (GDN), The Trade Desk, and DV360. Familiarity with ad tools for tracking and verification.
  • Clear communication skills to explain results and give recommendations.
  • Ability to work with different teams (design, data, strategy) and lead others to achieve goals.
  • Great attention to detail in setting up and monitoring campaigns to ensure everything runs smoothly.
