Sales Development Executive

Requirements
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through targeted research, networking, and market analysis to generate high-quality leads.
  • Conduct cold calling campaigns to initiate conversations with decision-makers in target industries, introducing our software development, staff augmentation, and digital marketing offerings.
  • Develop and manage email automation strategies using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms to nurture leads, send personalized outreach sequences, and track engagement metrics for follow-up.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and presenting tailored proposals that align with client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical experts and marketing) to create compelling pitches, demos, and case studies.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine business development strategies and identify upsell opportunities.
Specifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the IT, software, or digital services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling and email automation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and platforms, including CRM software, email automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign), and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical services in a client-friendly manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and negotiating with clients at various levels.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, software development trends, and B2B sales cycles is a plus.
