Role Introduction

Hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for executing targeted outreach campaigns, engaging potential clients, and qualifying high-value opportunities that drive our company’s growth.

Requirements
  • Proactively hunt for and research ideal target accounts within our key industries, understanding their size and potential business needs.
  • Execute a multi-channel outreach strategy to engage cold prospects with personalized messages that spark meaningful conversations.
  • Act as a consultant to uncover a prospect's key pain points and articulate how our custom development services provide a solution.
  • Efficiently partipate in meetings, ensuring a smooth handover with detailed notes to the development team.
  • Meticulously track all activities and lead status in our CRM to maintain an accurate sales pipeline for effective reporting.
Specifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in IT services or a tech environment is a plus, but not required.
