A dynamic IT team focused on SAP enhancements for retail and wholesale operations, seeking an OTC expert to drive end-to-end process improvements.
Role Introduction
We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Analyst to join our IT team and play a pivotal role in optimizing and supporting our end-to-end sales and distribution processes within SAP ECC (preferably IS-Retail).

Requirements
- Serve as the key resource for Order to Cash (OTC) processes in the SAP landscape, analyzing existing flows and recommending design enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs for development, testing, and implementation of end-to-end OTC solutions.
- Collaborate with business partners and process owners to gather requirements, perform ECC configurations, and minimize custom solutions.
- Lead design sessions, troubleshoot production issues, and provide 24x7 on-call support for OTC integrations with external applications.
- Monitor daily OTC processes, write Functional Specification Documents, and ensure security roles/SOD compliance for new transactions.
- Support integrations with MM, FICO, IS-Retail, EDI (850/855/856/810), and tools like WMI, POS, JDA, BW.
- Adhere to ITGC protocols, meet deadlines, and deliver stable solutions in Agile/Waterfall environments.
Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years SAP SD experience, ideally in IS-Retail on ECC 6.0 or higher, with end-to-end sales order management (ATP, delivery, billing, pricing, credit management).
- Hands-on with retail/wholesale support: Order creation via interfaces, EDI IDoc monitoring/error analysis (850, 855, 856, 857, 810).
- Configuration expertise in SD processes (Consignment, Third-Party, Intercompany) and output determination.
- Experience writing functional specs, documenting configurations, and working in public companies with SDLC/ITGC knowledge.
- Strong ECC background; integrations with MM/FICO; EDI troubleshooting.
- Good-to-have: Exposure to WMI, POS, JDA, BW, Infor (GT Nexus).
