Role Introduction
SAP-Purchase Order and Invoice Processing Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of purchase orders and invoices within the SAP system and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. This role will have a coordinator to support and is crucial for maintaining smooth financial operations and supporting the marketing team.

Requirements
- Review and approve purchase orders in the SAP system.
- Ensure all purchase orders are accurately entered and approved according to company policies.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Oversee invoice processing to ensure accurate entry into SAP system.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor-related inquiries and issues.
- Oversee the setup of new vendors in the SAP system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of purchase orders and invoices.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand procurement needs and timelines.
- Liaise with the finance and accounts payable departments to ensure smooth processing of payments.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to address any issues or queries.
Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in purchase order and invoice processing, preferably within the marketing or finance department.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
