Role Introduction

We’re seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to spearhead growth initiatives and client satisfaction throughout the hiring organization. This position is responsible for driving revenue expansion, crafting sales tactics, nurturing vital client partnerships, and ensuring synergy among sales, operations, and executive teams.

The perfect applicant is goal-oriented, data-savvy, and skilled in promoting tech services and development projects, all while fostering enduring client bonds and maintaining executive oversight.

Requirements
  • Direct and expand the Business Development team through a metrics-focused sales methodology.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly revenue goals by implementing a systematic sales strategy.
  • Oversee and enhance CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to improve pipeline transparency and projections.
  • Generate leads for premium opportunities and explore fresh income streams as necessary.
  • Handle complete deal lifecycles, from initial outreach to agreement finalization and sustained partnerships
  • Oversee current client portfolios and build a solid framework for Customer Success.
  • Promote additional services and expansions to bolster ongoing client connections.
  • Champion sales initiatives in areas like Product Engineering, Mobile Applications, Web Development, and CRM systems.
  • Serve as a business consultant in pre-sales phases, collecting needs and outlining precise project scopes.
  • Create and present compelling technical and financial proposals designed for strong success rates.
  • Offer expert advice to clients, converting their requirements into practical sales propositions.
  • Partner with Project Managers and implementation groups to synchronize goals, schedules, and financial plans.
  • Report on sales results, progress indicators, key metrics, and predictions to the CEO and COO.
  • Advocate for the company in client discussions, deal negotiations, and international events as needed.
Specifications
  • At least 3 years in Business Development, Sales, or Customer Success roles in technology-oriented firms.
  • Demonstrated success in securing significant deals for tech services or products.
  • Keen analytical abilities with practical expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Willingness to accommodate EST time zones and adjust schedules accordingly.
  • Excellent skills in communication, bargaining, and managing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Firm grasp of software development processes, cost management, and project forecasting.
  • Adept at thriving in dynamic, performance-based settings with direct leadership involvement.
