Role Introduction
We are looking for a skilled Senior Data Engineer with hands-on experience in Snowflake and Databricks for a remote position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, leading migration efforts, and optimizing data systems for performance and reliability.

Requirements
- Architect and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable data pipelines using Snowflake and Databricks
- Drive the end-to-end migration of on-premise or legacy data systems to modern cloud-based platforms
- Collaborate closely with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Optimize queries and data models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
- Monitor data systems for reliability and proactively troubleshoot performance bottlenecks
- Enforce and maintain data quality, security, and compliance standards
Specifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering or related roles
- Hands-on expertise in Snowflake and Databricks, including experience with migrations and integration projects
- Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL frameworks, and data modeling techniques
- Proficient in scripting with Python and experience with distributed computing tools like Apache Spark
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow and version control systems like Git
