Requirements
- Design, develop and maintain web and mobile applications using various programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, and Ruby.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Implement best practices for web and mobile application development, including security, scalability, and performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot software defects and bugs, and provide timely resolution.
- Mentor and train junior developers, sharing knowledge and providing technical guidance to improve their skills.

Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in fullstack development, with expertise in Python, JavaScript, and Ruby.
- Proficient in using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.js.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and code review.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.
- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field.
