Role Introduction
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong full-stack capabilities to design, develop, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions. This role requires a developer who can work independently, make informed technical decisions, and contribute to complex Salesforce projects from end to end. The ideal candidate is proficient in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWCs), has experience with large-scale implementations, and can balance custom development.

Requirements
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Handle both frontend and backend development tasks within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions with an emphasis on code quality and reusability.
- Build and manage integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Optimize performance and improve usability across Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Evaluate and apply the best approach (custom development vs. declarative tools) to meet business needs.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices and participate in code reviews.
- Use version control systems such as Git and tools like Salesforce CLI for deployment and collaboration.
- Collaborate asynchronously with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects.
Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a proven track record.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CLI, unlocked packages, and metadata deployments.
- Prior experience working on large and complex Salesforce implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Java or C# is a plus.
