Role Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Head of CRM Data & Analytics to lead CRM data strategy, data warehouse operations, and analytics initiatives for our client. This role will be responsible for driving the development, optimization, and governance of CRM and data warehouse systems while ensuring data integrity, availability, and business alignment. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that support corporate objectives.

Requirements
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of CRM and data warehouse projects, strategies, and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, marketing, and external vendor teams to translate business requirements into effective data and CRM solutions.
  • Architect and deliver scalable CRM solutions aligned with organizational objectives while navigating legacy systems and evolving business processes.
  • Oversee daily data warehouse load processes, ensuring SLA compliance and operational excellence.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, completeness, security, and accessibility.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive UAT strategies, test plans, scripts, and validation processes.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to existing data warehouse and CRM systems.
  • Support advanced analytics and customer insights initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making across marketing and leadership teams.
  • Manage CRM database, loyalty systems, and campaign management platforms.
  • Lead data model design, documentation, governance standards, and enterprise data integration best practices.
  • Conduct technical design reviews and ensure clear documentation for both technical and business stakeholders.
Specifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in CRM systems, data warehousing, and analytics.
  • Strong expertise in relational databases, data modeling, and data architecture.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL (Functions, Procedures, Packages, Triggers).
  • Experience with analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, SAS, Python, Scala, PySpark, or R.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based CRM ecosystems, particularly AWS (Redshift, Glue, Step Functions, Lambda).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Retail industry operations, including Inventory and Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Cognos or Tableau is advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical data solutions.
