Senior PHP Developer
An international fintech startup is in search of experienced Senior PHP Developers. The startup offers a diverse range of products, including payment gateway, money transfers, currency conversion, payment cards and a cutting-edge finance management app. Their products have been adopted by millions of users globally, with the US & North American markets being the prime customer base.
Role Introduction
A PHP developer with strong understanding of the PHP language, web development frameworks and databases such as MySQL, MongoDB. Other responsibilities will include debugging and testing code, fixing bugs, and collaborating with front-end developers and other team members to create integrated, user-friendly web applications. The PHP developer should also be familiar with security best practices and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the PHP language and web development technologies.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in PHP programming for web application development
- Knowledge of using Yii. Other PHP frameworks would be plus
- Experience in developing APIs and horizontally scaled services
- Understanding of good programming and DevOps practices
- Ability to work with relational databases
- Experience in supervising and supporting less experienced developers
