Role Introduction
Looking for a Senior SuiteCRM Developer to lead the customization, integration, and performance optimization of SuiteCRM. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing custom modules, creating APIs, and ensuring high-quality CRM delivery in a fast-paced product environment.

Requirements
- Customize SuiteCRM modules, logic hooks, layouts, and workflows based on evolving business requirements
- Develop and manage RESTful API integrations with payment gateways, identity services, and POS platforms
- Build and manage scheduled jobs (e.g., syncing risk scores, payment updates)
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across CRM modules and API endpoints
- Support release management, testing, and deployment cycles as part of Agile sprints
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, documentation, and adherence to development standards
- Collaborate with frontend, middleware, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless system integration
Specifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of SuiteCRM (or SugarCRM) development experience
- Strong command of PHP, logic hooks, vardefs, module builder, and REST APIs
- Solid database skills (MySQL/PostgreSQL) including query optimization for large datasets
- Experience with webhook handling, API authentication, and async models
- Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Agile methodologies
