Role Introduction
We seek a skilled WordPress Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality WordPress websites. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into functional, visually appealing sites. The ideal candidate excels in custom theme/plugin development, prioritizes performance/security, and stays ahead of industry trends.

Requirements
- Develop custom WordPress themes/plugins from scratch.
- Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly designs across browsers/devices
- Optimize sites for speed (caching, CDNs, image optimization).
- Implement security protocols (SSL, secure coding, updates).
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, compatibility issues, and downtime.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketers.
- Apply SEO best practices (meta tags, site structure, Schema markup).
- Stay updated on WordPress trends, tools, and emerging tech.
- Document code and processes for team reference.
Specifications
- 3+ years of WordPress development experience.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
- Experience with page builders (Elementor) and WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with REST API integrations and version control (Git)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
