Role Introduction
An IT company is seeking a talented and results-oriented Search Engine Optimizing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate digital marketing professional with a strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and a proven track record of driving organic traffic and website visibility.

Requirements
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and user intent for target audience.
- Analyze website traffic data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement in SEO performance.
- Optimize website content for search engines, including on-page SEO elements like title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and image alt text.
- Build a high-quality backlink profile through strategic link-building campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and Google algorithm updates.
- Create and implement a comprehensive strategy to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Work collaboratively with the content marketing team to ensure all content is SEO-friendly.
- Generate reports and track performance metrics, such as website traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI-powered content creation tools to generate high-quality content efficiently.
- Rephrase and edit AI-generated content to ensure it is original, informative, and adheres to Google's webmaster guidelines.
Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in SEO
- Proven experience in increasing organic traffic and website ranking
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with AI content creation tools a plus
