Requirements
- Assist in the creation and execution of SMS marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.
- Write compelling and concise SMS messages that effectively communicate our marketing messages.
- Build, test, and deploy SMS messages using TCP’s SMS marketing platform (e.g. Vibes).
- Assist in personalizing SMS messages to enhance relevance and customer engagement.
- Conduct A/B tests on SMS copy, send times, and calls-to-action to optimize campaign results.
- Build and maintain segmented SMS lists, ensuring they are clean, up-to-date, and compliant with privacy laws.
- Track and analyze campaign results, adjusting strategies as needed to improve performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SMS marketing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Generate reports on SMS marketing performance metrics for management review.
- : Schedule and manage the SMS campaign calendar to ensure timely delivery of messages.
Specifications
- Minimum of 1 years in SMS marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in SMS marketing platforms and tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize SMS campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and departments.
