Role Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Data Engineer to join our Client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data technologies, proficiency in SQL, and a genuine interest in data analytics. You will collaborate closely with customer IT teams and business analysts to retrieve and interpret customer data, ensuring a deep understanding of their data structures and semantics.

Requirements
  • Perform initial data integration for new customers and maintain ongoing data extraction and transformation processes.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
  • Analyze customer data to ensure accuracy and support the achievement of customer goals such as inventory reduction and shortage prevention.
Specifications
  • 10+ years as a Data Engineer with a focus on databases and data pipelines.
  • Proven track record of successfully interfacing with customers.
  • Experience with ERP and other business systems.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes.
