Role Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead and inspire large-scale teams to drive delivery excellence and efficiency. As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will work closely with the Product Manager to refine and maintain product backlogs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and strategic priorities.

Requirements
- Lead and inspire large-scale teams to drive delivery excellence and efficiency
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to refine and maintain product backlogs
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize delivery processes and enhance team performance
- Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, clients, and project teams
- Manage and negotiate project proposals and change requests with executive leadership and clients
- Provide guidance and mentorship to teams on Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Facilitate sprint reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives across multiple teams
- Empower teams to self-organize and collaborate effectively
- Create a trusting and safe environment where team members feel empowered to raise issues and contribute to problem-solving and innovation
Specifications
- Minimum 5 years' work experience, preferably as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or comparable Experience managing budgets, pre-sales, project planning, scoping, and estimation
- Excellent leadership abilities with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement
- Experience managing managers and a proven background in Agile Delivery Management and Agile Project Management of complex software projects
- Strong customer-centric skills with a collaborative approach and experience of complex stakeholder management
- Solid knowledge of Agile principles, Agile ceremonies, Agile tools such as Jira, and techniques such as Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban/Lean
- Experience of full Software Delivery Lifecycle/SDLC from project inception to delivery
- Proven experience of Agile estimation techniques using story pointing, planning poker, etc.
- Project delivery experience for product development across cross-functional teams, including developers, architecture, business analysis, and test, etc.
