Requirements

• Responsible for planning, scope management, financial management and execution for IT projects in support of business objectives
• Responsible for identifying project milestones and tracking progress, including outcomes, of the project phases
• Responsible to lead and manage project scope and objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team
• Responsible for managing project performance using standard project management tools, procedures, and adhering to Fossil standards
• Responsible for managing issues, risks, and appropriate mitigation plans
• Responsible for identifying and clearing project roadblocks in a timely manner
• Responsible for applying critical thinking to manage project dependencies throughout project lifecycle
• Responsible for coordinating/facilitating meetings as needed to support project related activities
