Role Introduction
As a prominent figure in the company, the Technical Project Manager is a pivotal role in overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion. With a wealth of technical expertise and a keen eye for detail, the Technical Project Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive documentation, mentoring, and diligent project management.

Requirements
- Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, create project timelines, and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Project Execution: Manage project timelines, schedule and lead meetings, track and manage project risks, and monitor project progress to ensure that projects are executed in accordance with established timelines.
- Team Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, communicate project status to all team members, facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, and ensure that project tasks are completed on time.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all projects meet quality standards, conduct quality control checks, and review and approve deliverables before final submission.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, identify cost overruns, and work with team members to identify and implement cost-cutting measures.
Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7-9 yrs. of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with writing use case documentation (Must Have)
- Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Must Have)
- Must be able to lead team (Must Have)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
