Requirements
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to find potential candidates.
  • Review and analyze job descriptions to understand hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Assist in employer branding activities such as social media hiring campaigns and job fairs.
  • Stay updated on the latest tech hiring trends and best practices.
Specifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6 months – 1 year of recruitment experience (preferably in tech hiring). Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also apply.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and job boards.
  • Understanding of technical roles and skills (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proactive and eager to learn about the latest trends in tech recruitment.
