Role Introduction

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at our Lahore office. This is a paid, full-time internship designed for recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

Requirements
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update candidate tracking systems and recruitment spreadsheets.
  • Support the team in organizing hiring events, tests, and assessments.
  • Help with reporting and documentation related to recruitment activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes,
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and documents.
  • Handle employee queries and provide administrative support.
Specifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Interest in tech hiring and basic understanding of IT roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational habits.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with LinkedIn or other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
