Role Introduction

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our client in Islamabad. This role primarily involves troubleshooting and resolving IT issues while collaborating with our headquarters team on various technical projects. providing technical assistance to small and medium-sized businesses. This role involves resolving IT issues, collaborating with headquarters, and managing server/networking projects.

Requirements
  • Provide timely remote support via calls/emails for IT issues (hardware, software, network/telephone, printers).
  • Troubleshoot Windows Server environments, VMware/Hyper-V, and Office 365 migrations.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with US-based teams for client satisfaction and project execution.
  • Participate in weekly technical meetings and on-call rotations for urgent issues.
  • Participate in periodic on-call rotation for urgent support needs.
Specifications
  • 2–3 years in IT support in US or UK based company.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, and antivirus solutions.
  • Certifications (MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA A+) will be preferred.
  • Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
