Role Introduction

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital experience for our customers. This role requires a sharp eye for design, a deep understanding of user-centered principles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging interfaces across our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience that aligns with our brand and drives customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and delightful customer experiences.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Development, and QA to deliver cohesive designs that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for different devices and platforms.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the user experience through data-driven insights.
  • Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and best practices.
Specifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within fashion, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Proficient in Figma (essential) and Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator a must).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS (preferred, not required).
  • Detail-oriented with strong skills in typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
