Role Introduction

The Web Analytics Manager will be responsible for analyzing and identifying opportunities from digital and offline data sources including web behavior, marketing initiatives, A/B testing, and lift analysis, translating data into meaningful summaries and recommendations for leadership. This position will develop and monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to drive value.

Requirements
  • Conduct recurring web reporting to monitor and drive KPIs
  • Oversea the strategy, implementation, and optimization of website data tracking to improve user experience, marketing ROI, and overall business performance
  • Proactively develop site performance reports and analysis such as segmentation analysis; highlight observations and business context to deliver actionable recommendations to business leads, not just data
  • Working with marketing, UX, development, and other teams to integrate analytics findings into actionable strategies
  • Managing and optimizing web analytics platforms (eg: Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio etc)
  • Translate business requirements into a Solution Design Reference (SDR) used for analytics implementation support, guidance, and documentation
  • Participate in the design, set up, and evaluation of A/B and multivariate testing and site personalization and metrics collection for the same
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables that meet expectations while balancing business needs with the appropriate level of analytical rigor
  • Provide insights to support senior management with decision making on various KPIs like performance by device types, channels and other dimensions by developing and maintaining performance dashboards and derive insights for stakeholders.
  • Complete and maintain distribution of web analytics reports including contextualization
  • Develop and maintain relationship with partner organizations
  • Experience with Tag management and recommendation engines
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather business requirements for enhancing and developing web analytics
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with Web Developers to analyze business requirements to ensure possible design and updates to the applications for impacted metrics, dimensions and props
Specifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 6-8 years of previous experience with Web Analytics and Marketing Analytics including experience in advanced analytics (statistical modeling)
  • Proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau), and potentially SQL and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Understanding of the e-Commerce framework and features specific to the retail industry and understanding of Marketing Campaigns, channels and multi-touch attribution
  • Understanding of Single Page applications and multi-branded applications to ensure cross-brand tracking and session tracking is accurately designed
  • Experience on session analysis tools like QuantumMetric
