Role Introduction
The Senior Windows Infrastructure Administrator will strengthen enterprise IT systems through upgrades, security, automation, and troubleshooting, ensuring reliable global infrastructure that supports critical business applications and technology operations.

Requirements
- Manage and maintain enterprise storage systems (Netapp, Dell, Sinology).
- Implement AD, security, and disaster recovery policies.
- Oversee DNS and Azure cloud applications.
- Manage conditional access policies in Azure.
- Perform upgrades on servers, storage, and VMware.
- Automate tasks with advanced PowerShell scripting.
- Upgrade HP enclosures and manage new hardware.
- Troubleshoot escalated issues from business units.
- Provide after-hours and SEV1 alert support.
Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of enterprise systems administration experience.
- Expertise in Windows Server environments and storage technologies.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Proficiency in SCCM and patch management.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong time management.
