Role Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client as a Customer Sales Representative for our truck dispatching company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and selling dispatching services. They will also provide excellent customer service to the clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Requirements
  • Make outbound/ take inbound calls to prospective customers and introduce them to our truck dispatching services.
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and convert them into sales.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Accurately record customer information and sales activity in our CRM system.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of our dispatching services, as well as industry trends and competitors.
  • Participate in sales training and team meetings to improve sales techniques and share best practices.
Nice To Have
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales or customer sales experience, preferably in a truck dispatching or transportation environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
