Role Introduction
As a Quality Assurance Engineer- Power Apps/Dynamics 365 technology, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the quality and usability of our solutions. Collaborating closely with the development team and business analysts, you’ll design, execute, and automate test cases, report defects, and offer insights into solution functionality and performance. Additionally, you’ll contribute to enhancing testing processes and tools for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Analyze solution requirements and specifications thoroughly.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Conduct both manual and automated testing using diverse tools and frameworks.
- Identify, document, and monitor defects and issues.
- Communicate test results and quality assurance status effectively.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to address defects and issues.
- Provide valuable suggestions and feedback on solution usability and functionality.
- Stay abreast of the latest Power Platform/Dynamics 365 technology trends and testing best practices.
Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of software testing experience, preferably in Power Platform/Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in creating and executing test cases, scripts, and data.
- Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, TestComplete, Postman, etc.
- Proficiency in Power Platform/Dynamics 365 tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for test management and defect tracking.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and customer-centric approach.
- Certification in Power Platform/Dynamics 365 or testing is advantageous.
