Role Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Social Media Buying Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns to drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Develop and manage budgets, bids, and targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance
  • Analyze and report on campaign metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, conversions, etc.) to optimize ad spend
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, marketing, etc.) to ensure aligned messaging and goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform changes to adjust strategies accordingly
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize ad creative, targeting, and bidding
  • Develop and maintain relationships with social media platform representatives
  • Identify and recommend new social media advertising opportunities and platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media advertising or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective advertising options
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, etc.)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)
