Requirements
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business objectives
- Manage and maintain a presence on multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, tiktok etc.)
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness
- Monitor and respond to social media conversations and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze and report on social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, etc.) to optimize content and strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, customer service, etc.) to ensure aligned messaging and goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
Nice To Have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing social media strategies
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.)
