Role Introduction
As a production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client’s production output. Your responsibilities will include monitoring efficiency benchmarks, ensuring top-notch quality and safety standards, and developing and implementing production schedules to meet targets.
Requirements
- Supervise daily production operations to maintain efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure proper functioning.
- Monitor inventory levels and wastage to optimize resources.
- Lead and manage teams across various workstations to achieve productivity goals.
- Dispatch sales orders within specified timeframes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, quality control, and logistics to maintain smooth production flow.
