Role Introduction

As a Sales Head, you will play a pivotal role in the company’s growth and success by overseeing the sales department’s strategic planning and operational efficiency.

  • Requires Travel
  • Formulating strategic plans for long-term sales growth while ensuring sustainable sales growth from previous periods.
  • Developing standardized procedures and policies for the sales department to streamline operations and ensure compliance.
  • Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Identifying marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements and developing new sales opportunities nationwide, particularly in Pakistan.
  • Networking with potential customers and business partners to promote the company's products.
  • Acting as the key account manager, fostering effective coordination with key customers.
  • Reviewing and analyzing existing customer sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Forecasting realistic sales targets and devising plans to achieve them within specified timelines.
  • Ensuring timely recovery of credit amounts as per agreed terms.
  • Providing leadership and supervision to sales staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations to maximize team productivity and performance.
Nice To Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15 years of proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions based on market trends.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies and policies.
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve sales objectives.
  • Sound knowledge of sales forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and mentor sales teams.
  • Familiarity with the Pakistani market and consumer behavior is a plus.
