Role Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing technical talent for our clients in sectors such as IT, software development, engineering, and data science.

Requirements
  • Source and attract qualified candidates for technical roles using various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and our internal database.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of technical talent for current and future client needs. Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Specifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in technical or IT staffing.
  • Familiarity with technical terminology and roles (e.g., software engineers, data analysts, DevOps specialists).
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment is a plus.
