Role Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Junior Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to join our company. You will work closely with our hiring managers and technical teams to understand their recruitment needs and preferences and use your skills and knowledge to find and engage with potential candidates.

Requirements
  • Assist in the recruitment process for technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and other technical positions
  • Source and attract top technical talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Screen and qualify candidates through resume reviews, phone screens, and technical assessments
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
  • Manage candidate relationships and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics and candidate pipelines
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to understand recruitment needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment
Nice To Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Strong understanding of technical recruitment principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
