Requirements
- Become a subject matter expert in our software products, including understanding their architecture, features, and integration points.
- Provide L1/L2/L3 technical support to customers, including diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues through phone, email, chat, or remote sessions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of support cases, issue resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Communicate with customers professionally and effectively, providing updates on issue status, progress, resolution and maintain best customer experience.
- Collaborate with the product/ development team to identify and report product defects and suggest enhancements based on customer feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with new product releases, features, and industry best practices to maintain technical expertise.
- Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on recurring issues, customer feedback, and industry trends to contribute to the continuous improvement.
- Assist in creating training materials and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
Nice To Have
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience of 3 years in higher technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data analysis tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service to our key accounts.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
