Customer Success Manager

Role Introduction

This is a high-touch, rapport-building position that requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal Customer Success Manager will be upbeat, driven, well-organized, share a passion for technology and a love for working in a dynamic environment

Requirements
  • Become a subject matter expert in our software products, including understanding their architecture, features, and integration points.
  • Provide L1/L2/L3 technical support to customers, including diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues through phone, email, chat, or remote sessions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of support cases, issue resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Communicate with customers professionally and effectively, providing updates on issue status, progress, resolution and maintain best customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the product/ development team to identify and report product defects and suggest enhancements based on customer feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product releases, features, and industry best practices to maintain technical expertise.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on recurring issues, customer feedback, and industry trends to contribute to the continuous improvement.
  • Assist in creating training materials and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
Nice To Have
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience of 3 years in higher technical support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and data analysis tools.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service to our key accounts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
