Role Introduction

As Senior DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure, automation, and continuous integration and delivery pipelines. The Senior DevOps Engineer will work closely with the development team to ensure seamless deployment of new features and services.

Requirements
  • Create software deployment strategies that are essential for the successful deployment of software in the work environment. Identify and implement data storage methods like clustering to improve the performance of the team.
  • Design, Build, and Optimize automation systems that help to execute business web and data infrastructure platforms.
  • Create technology infrastructure, automation tools, and maintaining configuration management. Accountable for the architecture and technical leadership of the complete DevOps infrastructure.
  • Deal with tasks like management and development of continuous integration and deployment solutions across various sites.
  • Come up with solutions for managing a vast number of technical documents in real-time and enables quick search and analysis. Identify issues in the production phase and system and implements monitoring solutions to overcome those issues.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Conduct research, tests, and execute new techniques which could be reused and applied to the software development project.
  • To cater the engineering department’s quality and standard, the DevOps Lead needs to implement lifecycle infrastructure solutions and documentation operations.
Nice To Have
  • BS/MS in Computer Sciences or relevant field
  • Ability to Docker-ize the existing development environment.
  • Ability to come up with an optimal Kubernetes deployment for load balancing, performance.
  • Ability to implement Infrastructure as code.
  • Expertise with Terraform for infrastructure deployments.
  • Expertise in Jenkins for automated deployments.
  • Expertise in writing infrastructure code for different cloud platforms, change it quickly, and find which infrastructure would be best for performance and load.
  • Ability to transform an organization from Agile/waterfall to Dev Ops and CI/CD.
  • Expertise in DevOps solutions provided by different cloud platforms (AWS, GCP and Azure).
  • Intelligently monitoring application performance, providing robust insights into how the application runs and behaves in production to optimize operations.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Cloud Computing, Containers, and Kubernetes from a system developer or SRE point of view.
  • Must have knowledge of S3 bucket, EC2, RDS, Route 53, EBS, EKS, CloudFront,
  • Knowledge about how to deploy Angular and its dependencies at AWS.
  • Knowledge about how to deploy Laravel and its dependencies at AWS.
